From a Farmhouse dairy in Normandy, France. This locally artisan forged copper funnel was used in the manufacture of dairy produce on a large farm.
 
It displays beautifully with the depth of warmth that only copper of this age, a good 150 years plus, can bring.
 
It is large and sturdily made, you can see the age and the hand finishing in both the hand worked sheet copper it is made from and the welded joints.
 
The funnel measures 11.5" long and  5" diameter
 
There is the wear of age, particularly around the rim and spout (pictured).
