A collection of French traditonal professional quality spring chicken molds. They are lightly patinated from use in a professional kitchen and age but shine and display well, each one is a half mold and stands unaided to display so attractively.
 
There are 2 different sizes, the ones numbered 100 are 6 1/2" by 4" tall and the ones numbered 120 are  7.5" by 4 3/4" tall. 
 
These traditional Professional French mold are made of stainless steel, and is thus more solid than the more modern aluminium molds.
