Used to make a romantic heart shaped fresh cheese these moulds display beautifully.
 
Bought 'dans son jus', covered with the dirt of decades from the clearace of an old cheese maker's shop, these are the real thing, not a modern copy, as you would expect from Quintessentially French.
 
Cleaned up, these still has character with some minor signs of useage.
