A sweet pair of picture frames dating from Paris of the 1800s, a lovely way to hang miniatures of a beloved couple. 
 
They have the original wall hanging hooks and gold coloured metal backs, the reverse shows some slight distortion to the metal surround but the front of the frames remains intact and perfectly patinated. The backings are silk effect and typical of the era.
 
They measure 2.25" diameter and one of the frames has some very small chips to the edge of the glass, it is barely visible.
