Used, and in great condition, this very sought after Favori soup tureen is one of the most attractive and sought after antique French ironstone designs available.
 
There are deightful birds in different positions on the lid and base  along with insects and flowers. The mid blue colour is bright and the glaze is clear.
 
There are some crazing lines from use inside and the maker's stamp on the base. 
 
It measures 8" tall and 10" across.
