These are some of the oldest of the sought after conical antique French jam pots that I have seen. The glass is wavy with air bubbles and the lips are not regular, showing they were artisinally hand made. They are not perfectly regualr in form.
 
They have been well used and re-used and have chips underneath from being washed, sterilised and stacked.
 
They look particularly delightful with a candle inside as the light is refracted not only on the facets, but on the imperfections of manufacture on the glass.
