An enchanting Sarreguemines pheasant pattern small coffee cup dating from the 1920s.
 
It has a pair of love birds and beautiful roses in addition to an image of a country cottage inside on the bottom. Inside it is also decorated elaborately around the rim, completely charming and with the Sarreguemines stamps on the base.
 
It measures across at 3.5" and 2.25" high. There is a little staining around the base and some tiny nibbles around the rim and signs of wear on the handle. 
 
It has been used and enjoyed in a French home and has a story to tell!
