This set of ten has an absolutely beautiful raised design on both sides. The tines are placed face down in France, so this is usually the most ornate. The forks are hallmarked silver plate.
 
In useable condition, they have the patina of age which enhances the design, this has not been polished away, as the silver is in good condition they could be further cleaned according to your aesthetic.
