Once these knives would have graced a find Parisian diner table. Today, they display beautifully, with Paris engraved on their blades and the patina of age and use since the 1800s these, I must confess have lingered on my own display shelves too long.
 
The ornate handles are silver plated , they can be polished but I have left their patina intact. The blades have marks of age and use too, all together whispering authenticity.
