A great cup and saucer which has  beautiful polychromatic flowers on one side and a charming nautical or coastal sea and sailing ships design on the other.
 
The Sarreguemines mark on the base dates them from 1920 - 1949, but they were unlikely to have been produced to this quality and level of detail during the war or immediate post war period.
 
There is light patination of age on the base, but no chips of cracks. Measure 2.5" tall by 2.75" in diameter and the saucer is 5" diameter.
