Bundles of ruffled edged pages which are bulletins of newly passed laws to be added to the legal books.
 
They date from the years around 1820. They were produced by the Royal Printers, L'Imprimerie Royale, and are a piece of French history which display beautifully.
 
The top of the bundles are dirty from 200 years of storage but the top page does not need to be displayed as each bundle is a series of pamphlets.
 
There is of course the yellowing of age and wear to the corners.
 
The pages measure 9" by 5.5". The bundles are different heignts but measure from just over 2.5" to just over 3"
